We recently went to a housewarming party with a Spanish theme, and this was the drink that was served. I have my hosts, Melissa and Aaron, to thank for this great variation on the delicious-looking traditional alcoholic version. Although I haven't yet made it myself, I plan to. A refreshing summer drink!
Sangria (Non-Alcoholic)
Ingredients
4 Cups Fruit Juice (Cranberry works well)
1 Orange with skin, diced into 1/2" cubes
1 Lemon with skin, diced into 1/2" cubes
2 Peaches, diced into 1/2" cubes
1 Apple, diced into 1/2" cubes
2 cups Soda (Club Soda, sparkling water, or lemon-lime soda)
1 small can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 tablespoon Grenadine or fruit flavored syrup
Sugar to taste
Cubed Ice
Prep Time/ Cook Time
15 minutes preparation, plus 30 minutes to several hours macerating.
Instructions
1) In a large Pitcher add the diced fruit and lemonade concentrate.
2) Add the Fruit Juice and allow the fruit to macerate from 30 minutes to several hours in the refrigerator.
3) Add the Grenadine, soda, and stir gently.
4) Enjoy with ice!

Sounds yummy! You might try just slicing the oranges and lemons instead of cubing them for an eye catching presentation, however, slicing might make it a bit too crouded with all the other fruit. We are having the missionaries over on Saturday for a light summer dinner; this sounds a lot better than serving Crystal Light. Thanks for sharing!
