fish tacos

If you've never had a fish taco before, as I hadn't, I highly recommend these. They're really, really good.

Fish Tacos
from Everyday Food (May 2010)

1 pound tilapia filets, cut into pieces
2 Tb olive oil
1/4 c sour cream
1 lime
hot sauce (I used Cholula)
12 corn tortillas
1/4 head red cabbage, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh cilantro
1 small white onion, finely diced

Heat broiler with the rack in the highest position. Pat fish dry and lightly coat with oil and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Broil until opaque throughout, about 5 minutes.

In a small bowl combine sour cream with zest and juice of the lime, and add a few dashes of hot sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Lightly brown tortillas in a pan over medium heat.

Assemble tacos with all ingredients, and prepare for tasty deliciousness!
